About the event

Sip & Surf is a fun, casual five course dinner experience designed to lick your plate clean. Savor local seafood, wine, and cider in it's purest, most honest form. Enjoy a variety of fresh Pacific Northwest seafood, scratch pork sausage and seasonal harvest with local farmers, chefs, and  purveyors in this one night pop-up event. Join us, let's eat!


1st Course

Oysters on the half-shell and Mignonette Sauce 

Paired with: DAnu 2021 Pinot Gris

2nd Course

Smoked Black Cod Dip & Seasonal Vegetatables

3nd Course

Clams & Chorizo Rojo

mirepoix, white wine, herbs, butter, grilled Slowrise Bakehouse

malted barley porridge bread

Paired with: 2022 Norse Old Wilson Ferments First Release Cider

4rd Course


grilled shell on prawns, mussels, potatoes, and spinach on

carrot chile sauce with mole verde

5th Course

Pavlova Cloud with Seasonal Fruit 

meringue clouds, whipped cream, Hoods & Ruby Junes, lemon curd, 

and reduced blasamic glaze
